Our main goal is to preserve and emphasize the quality and taste characteristics of the original product.
We try to use in our kitchen the maximum number of products produced in Russia, and especially in the Kaliningrad region.
Our menu is a restrained classic with a light note of adventurism in the form of interesting rich sauces, additions of caramelized vegetables and fruits, unusual compositional solutions. These details are designed not only to make the plate attractive, but also to make the taste notes of the dish sound in a new, sometimes unexpected, range.
We cook in a unique X-oven oven on charcoal. Dishes prepared in this way acquire a characteristic natural smoked flavor, which can only be obtained by burning natural wood
We steam and stew our dishes at a low temperature – this allows us to preserve the maximum amount of vitamins and nutrients in the product. The dish turns out delicious and as useful as possible.
